The aptly titled The Ninth Hour is the ninth studio album from Finnish prog metal outfit Sonata Arctica and follows their 2014 album Pariah's Child. Recorded at the beginning of 2016 and produced by bassist Pasi Kauppinen, the album sees the group deliver another collection of epic and anthemic metal numbers.
