Trama:
La giovane ma decisa Nomi Malone con l'autostop giunge a Las Vegas dove viene derubata della valigia. Trova alloggio da un'ospitale ragazza di colore, Molly, costumista allo Stardust, un night-club di lusso, la quale le presenta Cristal, la star dello spettacolo, che sembra snobbarla, ma poi sembra interessarsi, anche morbosamente, a lei fino a farla esibire a pagamento in una "lap-dance" per il suo amante Zaek, nel locale di spogliarelli dove Nomi lavora. James, un ballerino di colore, colpito dal suo talento, le paga la cauzione quando va in prigione per una rissa da lei provocata e le propone di esibirsi con lui in uno spettacolo, ma poiché questi la tradisce con un'altra ballerina Nomi lo abbandona. Superato un provino allo Stardust (procuratole da Cristal) e successivamente assunta, Nomi diviene amante di Zack, il direttore artistico dello Stardust.
