Trama:
Periferia di Roma. Un mendicante paraplegico soprannominato il Papero, con la complicità di sua moglie, una bellissima donna senza braccia detta la Ballerina, del suo accompagnatore, un tossico rastaman detto il Merda, e di un nano rapper il cui nome d’arte è Plissé, mette a segno una rapina nella banca dove il boss di un potente clan mafioso cinese nasconde i proventi delle sue attività illecite. Dopo il colpo però le cose si complicano terribilmente: ogni componente dell'improbabile banda sembra avere un piano tutto suo per il denaro trafugato, in una girandola di vendette, tradimenti, omicidi e arresti.
