Il giovane Yuru vive cacciando in un remoto villaggio di montagna, mentre sua sorella gemella Asa è rinchiusa da tempo in una sorta di prigione. Un giorno, un gruppo di uomini armati a bordo di elicotteri, definiti "draghi" dai cittadini, assalta il villaggio alla ricerca di Yuru, uccidendo tutti gli altri. Il ragazzo cerca sua sorella, trovando un cadavere, mentre la persona che l'ha uccisa afferma di essere la vera sorella gemella di Yuru. Fuggito grazie all'aiuto di Dera, un estraneo spesso in visita al villaggio, Yuru scoprirà lentamente la verità nascosta dietro a quanto accaduto.

Un giorno però viene cacciato, in quanto non ritenuto abbastanza capace dagli altri membri. Egli ha effettivamente delle abilità fisiche e magiche nella norma, per nulla straordinarie. Ma il suo punto di forza è saper apprendere velocemente abilità che chiunque altro riuscirebbe ad acquisire solo dopo anni di fatiche. Dopo essere stato espulso, decide di ripartire all'avventura e tornare ad essere uno spadaccino. Le competenze, l'esperienza e gli svariati incantesimi acquisiti durante la sua permanenza all'interno del party dell'eroe risulteranno utili per la sua nuova vita.

Kogarashi ha la capacità di vedere il soprannaturale ed è stato posseduto dai fantasmi da quando era un bambino, ma ora ha imparato a reagire contro di loro! Nella sua ricerca di un alloggio, viene presentato a una pensione molto economica chiamata Yuragi Manor, che un tempo era una locanda di sorgenti termali. Presto scopre che il fantasma di Yuragi Manor è una sedicenne di nome Yuna, che vive nella sua stanza. Kogarashi non ha alcun desiderio di ferire la ragazza fantasma, e invece finisce per accettare di aiutarla a capire i suoi affari incompiuti in modo che possa passare all'aldilà prima di diventare malvagia. With the help of Yuuna he is able to call others for breakfast but is gravely injured. He then goes to his part-time job but when he returns no one is there in the Inn to welcome him. He sees Yaya's cat and follow him and finds that everyone has set up a welcome party for him. After some days Kogarashi is tasked with cleaning the hot-spring bath. While cleaning Shigaraki enters sleepwalking and turns Kogarashi into body-shampoo. He is not able to turn back to normal. La serie racconta di Mahiru Kouzuki, un'artista di grande talento che ha abbandonato la sua passione a seguito delle derisioni subite da bambina dai suoi compagni di classe per un suo murale che ritraeva delle meduse. Ormai adulta, Mahiru incontra Kano Yamanouchi, un'ex idol con un passato tormentato, che la incoraggia a riabbracciare i sogni della sua infanzia. A loro si aggiungono la compositrice Kimura e la V-Tuber Kiui Watase, entrambe demotivate e in fuga delle aspettative della società e del giudizio altrui. Film che presenta una storia originale con le protagoniste ormai adulte.
Rin, che ora lavora per un piccolo editore a Nagoya, riceve un messaggio dalla sua amica Chiaki. Quest'ultima le racconta che l'organizzazione per la promozione turistica di Yamanishi l'ha incaricata di riaprire un sito chiuso ormai da molti anni. Dopo aver sentito questo Rin propone di trasformarlo in un campeggio e chiama Nadeshiko, Aoi e Ena per lanciare questo progetto. Le cinque ragazze, indossato gli abiti da lavoro, inizieranno a progettare il campeggio da zero e questo riporterà a galla i ricordi dei bei giorni passati con il club al liceo.

Tre anni fa un eroe ha sigillato un cancello dell'inferno, ma il sigillo si è indebolito molto da allora, e sporadicamente lascia passare dei mostri. Dopo che un grande gruppo di mostri è entrato nel paese attraversando il cancello dell'inferno, la professione di eroe è diventata di nuovo indispensabile. Touka Scott, un piccolo agricoltore della città di Cheza, si è preparato per un improvviso attacco di mostri. Ha costruito una trappola in cui attirarli nel caso di un eventuale attacco al villaggio.
