La giovane Elisa sta tornando a casa dalla famiglia per interrompere una gravidanza appena scoperta. Attraverso un'app di carpooling si unisce al camper di Fabrizio, studente di cinema, che già contiene Riccardo, un medico, e una giovane coppia. Mentre attraversano l'entroterra calabrese, i cinque hanno un incidente e non riescono a rimettere in moto il mezzo. Nei dintorni solo boschi e un'abitazione misteriosa, e nessuna traccia della strada che percorrevano. Quando cala la notte, il gruppo è costretto a prendere riparo all'interno della casa, rendendosi conto di non essere soli.
