Mentre la diplomazia nordcoreana sembra molto avvantaggiata rispetto all'inesperienza sul piano internazionale del Sud, i capovolgimenti di fronte della ribellione anti-governativa in Somalia sconvolgono gli equilibri e pongono i diplomatici dinanzi a una nuova priorità: sopravvivere nel caos della guerra civile, dove non esistono più regole.
