“Prisma” è ambientato nella città di Latina, appena a sud di Roma, e nei suoi dintorni, che erano una palude fino a quando il territorio non fu prosciugato sotto il dominio fascista. L'area è ora nota per l'architettura modernista e l'agricoltura fertile. Lo spettacolo di otto episodi è incentrato sui gemelli adolescenti identici Marco e Andrea, che sfidano le norme di genere in modi diversi, insieme al loro gruppo di amici che stanno attraversando un viaggio simile.
