L'ultima estate delle scuole medie, Shotaro Futaba scopre la ginnastica maschile e ne è completamente innamorato. Shotaro finisce per andare alla Soshukan Private High School (aka Ao High) e decide di visitare il club di ginnastica maschile. È accolto da senpais davvero unici e da una ginnasta stellare di nome Misato Ryoya. Dedicare la vita a qualcosa che ami durante i tuoi infuocati giorni di giovinezza...
