Ryza è una ragazza normale. Stanca della noiosa vita del villaggio, fugge per riunirsi con i suoi amici in un luogo segreto per parlare dei loro sogni e pianificare avventure elettrizzanti. Un giorno, la determinata Ryza e la compagnia decidono di dirigersi verso "l'isola proibita dall'altra parte della costa" come primo viaggio esplorativo.
