Trama:
Barney è un ragazzino delle medie che riceve il tanto agognato regalo: il BBot, il dispositivo multimediale più tecnologicamente avanzato del mondo, ma anche un robot che diventa il tuo migliore amico, con cui poter esprimere la propria fantasia in maniera unica. Tutti gli amici di Barney ne hanno già uno, che portano con loro ovunque, anche a scuola. Finalmente anche Barney potrà avere un migliore amico digitale, ma c'è un problema: il suo BBot, Ron, ha un problema di software e ne combina di tutti i colori. Proprio queste disavventure, che all'inizio lo imbarazzano e lo fanno disperare, porteranno Barney e Ron a diventare grandi amici.
