Hina Tsurugi è una studentessa del primo anno delle superiori che vive in una placida cittadina di una città costiera. Un giorno, durante una passeggiata, incontra Kuroiwa, una sua senpai, che la invita ad unirsi al "Teibou", il club di pesca.
